Our Tuin Annabel cabin, which is now my garden studio, is fantastic; quality of the wood is fabulous, solid, thick walls that actually keep me cool in this heat! It was easy to assemble (my husband says), great service, very helpful staff - couldn't be more pleased! I would highly recommend them to you if you're looking for a garden cabin or other.

Orderd 2 Gazebos for one of our clients, the quality was second to none and they are very impressed with the items supplied. We was told there was a delay on the delivery but was kept informed all the way through from Oder to delivery. Very happy with the purchase and would certainly recommend

Tuin amazing
We live right up on the west coast of the highlands so needed something very strong and substantial to live up to the strong wind and other weather here.
From ordering to delivery everything was spot on. The ordering process was easy and we felt very informed. The delivery was amazing as we live on a hill with a steep drive we anticipated having to handball all the cabin up the drive but when the driver arrived he took control and used his forktruck device to easily bring it to exactly where it was needed.
Our mistake was not building a concrete base for it and just using our level hardcore. It isnt quite level or square so this gave us problems and im sure as i read it will do in the future too. Our fault and i just wish we have invested in the base.

I bought a retractable pergola canopy which was delivered on time and exactly as ordered. Although designed for a Tuin structure I was able to adapt it to fit my own pergola with minimal alteration. Its a great product and works perfectly

One huge pallet for the tuin cabin pieces made for a potentially difficult situation. However Craig the driver was persistent and eventually managed to get the two pallletts on to our land.
Don’t know about the cabin but the delivery was careful and as helpful as we could have wished

We purchased a log cabin last year from Tuin, service was great and delivery (although slightly delayed due to pandemic etc) was all as expected and the product is superb. The cabin was easy to build and the finish is nice.
Only issue I have is that some of the shingles lifted and were damaged during the winds earlier this year. Although they were installed exactly as per the instructions, it appears that they did not bond to each other as expected. I contacted Tuin who were only interested in selling me extra packs to replace the damaged ones. I wouldn't expect to do this as they were installed as instructed and feel that is a manufacturing issue as to why they are not bonding together. I await the winter to see what happens again this year.

We have no complaints about the delivery which was very professional and friendly, the big complaint is over the fitting of the door frame within the logs.
The stiles (vertical sides of the frame) are fitted so that the surrounding logs can expand and contract however on the top of the door frame the logs bear directly on to it so that when the logs contract as in this warm weather big gaps open up. On contacting Tuin they would not acknowledge there is a basic design fault and tried to blame the problem on the wood treatment which I explained I had applied (Carefree Protect) which also turns out to be very expensive so needs to be factored into the overall price.
It is a shame that such a simple design change could have made our experience so much better.

We purchased a garden shade awning and fixing kit from Tuin and are very pleased with the product. The whole process of ordering the goods and communication with Tuin was very easy and the awning arrived as promised. It was easy to install and we are very pleased with the quality of the product. We are happy to recommend this company.

Tell the truth I was concerned about handing over that amount of money on a website,I wanted a summerhouse,after looking at so many sights I come across tuin who deal with summerhouses.it was the one of the best purchases I had ever bought,absolutely fantastic,very helpful on the phone.the house itself,out of this world,2days to put together,would recommend first class from start to finish,worth the 5 stars

Review of a Tuin cabin recently bought and constructed.

I bought a Georg cabin that duly arrived as arranged, actually a day earlier than arranged but this wasn't a problem.The driver was excellent, very experienced at delivering Tuin products, he was helpful and cooperative, taking care to place the huge consignment just in the right place at the front of the house.
The actual build was initially delayed because a base piece was missing, I contacted Tuin and they responded immediately to dispatch the missing piece. This arrived after one working day and the cabin was soon constructed, I am an experienced Technology teacher so everything was straight forward. The roof took the longest time to put up and cover with the felt shingles. There were two damaged shingles in one pack (a manufacturing fault, not Tuin's) so I contacted Tuin and once again nothing was too much trouble, a full new shingle pack arrived two days later.I am very pleased with the company, their customer service was excellent and the product itself, which is now fully painted and looks terrific. A close friend has seen how good the cabin is made and is eager to purchase his own as he very much wants the satisfaction of saying he built it.

Lovely shed. Very stable and spacious. It looks nice in the garden. The instructions were OK to follow but we made a few mistake. It took us about 12 hours but we're not experts.

Cant fault this company.came all wrapped up in lots of pieces.went up easy but he new what he was doing.looks great and even better painted.more roomy than expected.shingles look goodon the pyramid roof and looks lovely inside.love my craft room.

I got a lofa cabin of tuin it cost me £3700 with add on's and I just like to say best money iv spent on a outdoor space if I could give them more than 10 out of 10 I would delivered on time friendly driver put it where I wanted it couldn't do a enough customer service was top to if I had to ask them anything I get a reply straight away the cabin went up in 2 days no problems as long as u square it up at the base it goes up alright love it ??

Purchase the Christoffer Log Cabin with Porch. Easy on line ordering. Delivery date was spot on. Delivery driver 'Trevor' was amazing manoeuvring the single load with his forklift truck. A accurate concrete base helped with assembly. Took me and a friend 4 days to assemble. Very well manufactured. Watched a few You Tube videos pre assembly. Great value.

This is the second project we have undertaken from Tuin in the last two years, once again the delivery of our new Summertime log cabin was spot on time with excellent communication from the driver, offloaded by his forklift in a busy road was no problem and getting it as close the the rear of our bungalow as possible ( the same driver as 2 years ago! )
Once we identified all of the parts we ( my wife and me )set about building the log cabin, as the base had been prepared earlier it was complete in 3 days , though staining it afterwards through choice, took the same time again .Instructions from Tuin were clear and there were extra pieces put in for the roof and roof shingles. When my brother came around he couldn’t believe the price and quality of the cabin, as a friend of his had paid almost double for an inferior product. Thank you Tuin for looking after us again , can’t speak highly enough of your company.
